Notices to participants

  1. Sign-in and abstracts book: Please sign in at the conference reception desk to receive an abstracts book and your name badge. For the time being, please refer to the pdf version of the abstracts book posted at the conference web site.
  1. Reception fee: The regular participants who are registered for the reception on the first day (February 22) will be requested to pay the fee of 5,000 yen in cash when signing in.
  1. Complimentary refreshments and meals: Refreshments will be available during the poster session and the break time. Light meals will be available for lunch on the second day (February 23).

Guidelines for poster presentation

  1. Size: The size of the poster board will be 90 cm (3 feet) in width and 210 cm (7 feet) in height. The poster number will be displayed at the upper left corner (25.7 cm in width and 18.2 cm in height) by the organizer.
  1. Setup: The poster session will be held on the first day (February 22) in the Auditorium in the Library building, which is right next to the Alumni Hall building, in which symposium sessions will be held. Posters should be mounted between 12:00 and 12:45, and dismantled between 17:15 and 17:30 on the day of the session.
  1. Presentation: Presenters must be present at their posters for discussion from 15:15 to 16:15 (posters with odd numbers) or from 16:15 to 17:15 (posters with even numbers).
